Sombo Seminar – April 2012

On Saturday 14th April 2012 Laurence Sandum’s Black Belt Martial Arts Academy in Essex, hosted another outstanding Sombo seminar, given by John Clarke and Collin Carrott of the IBF.

During the first half session, seminar participants focused on how to use different starting grips to throw and trip an opponent. The second half of the seminar focused on the application of a variety of leg locks.
