Lapunti Arnis de Abanico Seminar – May 2012

On Saturday 12th May 2012, Laurence Sandum’s Black Belt Martial Arts Academy in Chelmsford once again hosted Guro Simon Wells. Unlike previous Guro Simon seminars focusing mainly on Muay Thai, during this session seminar attendees worked exclusively on a type of Filipino Martial Art, Lapunti Arnis de Abanico.

The first section focused on the single stick Street Fighting Combinations, bfore moving on to knife defence in the second.
