Sombo Seminar – July 2011

Saturday 9th July saw the return of John Clarke and Collin Carrott, of the IBF, to Laurence Sandum’s Black Belt Martial Arts Academy in Essex, for another outstanding seminar on Sombo.

Attendees travelled from all over the UK, to take part in the four hour session, where John and Collin covered many aspects of Sombo, including throws, ground holds, submissions, grips and competition rules.

After the session, a number of attendees stayed on to grade in Sombo curriculum and as Sombo instructors under the IBF.
